At the gates of Essaouira, the Golf de Mogador is set up on the heights of the village of Diabat, at the foot of the magnificent 5* Sofitel Mogador Golf & Spa hotel. Designed by Gary Player, it has become the essential reference for golf destinations in Morocco and has gained a strong reputation since its opening in 2009 and offers 2 courses: one of 18 holes and the other of 13 holes. It is on this 580 Ha estate that 37 private villas have been built to the delight of their owners. Based on a completely secure and naturally vegetated site, the villas enjoy a unique location. Location: On the Essaouira golf course, 5 minutes walk from the Club House and the Sofitel, in a secure and extremely well maintained residence. Essaouira 5 minutes by car, quads, ranch and nursery less than 2 minutes.

The villa: Between sky and earth.... Marriage of materials and colors, perfect balance between rounded and linear shapes, research of materials chosen for this charming villa ideally located on the golf course of Mogador.

As soon as you enter, the magic happens. A few steps and you enter the living space combining the rest area and the dining area. The centerpiece of the villa is divided into several distinct places without partitioning.

Further back is the living room where the view hesitates between the lair of the large fireplace which sits as the centerpiece of this space and the exterior which offers access to the swimming pool and the wooded garden. On the other side of the living room is the dining room, adjoining the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The whole decorated with wooden furniture, linen weaves and various cotton fabrics, a few objects that embellish the rooms and a few touches of colored decorative objects.

The four bedrooms are arranged on a single level, all equipped with their own bathroom, with a simple and neat decoration and not lacking in comfort.

The outdoor terrace opens onto the azure swimming pool and an oversized backdrop.

The breathtaking view of the golf course and the ocean will delight lovers of serenity and idleness. The park has an impressive variety of trees, palms and other species.

The solarium offers a panoramic view of the entire estate. Peaceful and bright refuge with a cozy atmosphere imbued with modernity.
