At the gates of Essaouira, the Golf de Mogador is set up on the heights of the village of Diabat, at the foot of the magnificent 5* Sofitel Mogador Golf & Spa hotel. Villa in excellent condition and very well maintained, located on the domain of Hameau de la forêt des lacs.

It has the advantage of being located on the line closest to the sea, at the start of an area of 5 villas with adjoining land. It therefore has no neighbors on one side.

On the ground floor, the entrance distributes the living space, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace. All of these rooms in a row enjoy a view on 2 angles on the private garden and the swimming pool through the large bay windows.

The sleeping area is accessible by an independent entrance and its corridor leads to a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, 2 good-sized bedrooms and their closets, a bathroom with shower and an independent WC. A service bedroom with shower room, with its independent access from the outside, is suitable for house staff.

On the outside, a shaded terrace for lunch, a well-placed garden with lawn and trees and a heated swimming pool complete the sublime link between inside and outside. A staircase provides access to a solarium equipped with a rest and dining area (barbecue).
