Location: The location of this beautiful villa is privileged. Without any vis-à-vis, it offers a soothing view of the lake of the golf course and guaranteed privacy.

Living space: The double living room separated from the fireplace offers two different spaces. A rest area with a view of the garden and the lake, a more convivial space with a television. The fresh and lively colors give an ocean note to the place. In continuity is the dining area, where its long table invites guests for gourmet moments. This is the link with the fully equipped kitchen.

Owners area: The 4 bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom. The master bedroom offers an unobstructed view of the garden, the swimming pool and the green nature bordering the lake.

Outdoor space: The garden planted with different species hosts a heated swimming pool and extends to the edge of the lake separated by a low wall of local stones. Here, the eye is lost between azure and green. The solarium offers an unobstructed view of the golf course and the ocean and invites you to sweet moments of idleness.
