This country stone house is located in a rural area 25 minutes from Essaouira on the Safi coastal road.

It does not have Non-Agricultural Vocation (sale only possible if Moroccan nationality).

Built on a plot of 3,025 m² and overlooking, the house measures approximately 195 m² + an outbuilding serving as a caretaker's house.

The entire property offers a breathtaking view of the ocean as well as the surrounding countryside.

The main house is composed of a hall with a fountain opening onto a living room with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace and an open kitchen.

The three bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, all have their own private bathroom with WC.

A room converted into a technical room and can house either a hammam (facilities provided). In front of this room, a flat space is planned to create a swimming pool, facing the Ocean.

The house is completely autonomous in terms of electricity and water (solar panels and drilling with pump) with the possibility of being connected to the electricity network.

The garden is designed in terraces due to the layout of the land with a concrete path which leads to the house.

On the roof terrace where the third bedroom is located, the space houses the solar water heater and a beach reserved for relaxation.
